Getting into a car accident is stressful enough - especially when it wasn't your fault. From the shock of the crash to the insurance paperwork that follows, it can quickly become overwhelming. That's where Faultless Cars NZ steps in.

At Faultless Cars NZ, we help everyday Kiwis get back on the road with minimal fuss through our not-at-fault car replacement service. If the other driver was at fault and their insurer accepts liability, you could be entitled to a clean, like-for-like (or similar) loan car - at no cost to you.

Faultless Cars NZ was started by our Director, Lisa. She knows the insurance world inside out and thanks to her background as an insurance broker, combined with years of experience in the accident replacement industry. Lisa launched Faultless Cars to do things better - for everyday Kiwis who just need a fair go after a crash that wasn't their fault.

We currently operate across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions, with a growing fleet of quality vehicles ready to be delivered. Whether your car's off the road for repairs or written off entirely, we're here to make sure you're not left without wheels.

Our goal is simple: help not-at-fault drivers get back on the road fast, without the stress. We back it up with real customer reviews, clear processes, and a dedicated team that handles the tricky stuff - like talking to insurers - on your behalf.

So if you've been involved in a crash that wasn't your fault, reach out. We'll help you understand your rights and entitlements, and do our best to get you moving again, quickly and faultlessly.
